Settlement of Agha Baygum and her children with Mirza ‘Abd al-Samad, 1883
Settlement between Agha Baygum, daughter of the late Muhammad Rahim, and Haji Mirza ‘Abd al-Samad, son of the late Mirza Muhammad Kazim, exchanging four-sixths of a mill called Aqa Muhammad Rahim Mill, which includes two millstones, for six hundred and sixty tumans and six thousand dinars. Zivar Sultan and Khan‘ali Khan, children of Agha Baygum and the late Haji Riza Khan, then settled their own share of this mill with Mirza ‘Abd al-Samad, who paid eight hundred and eighty-nine tumans in total for Agha Baygum's shares and those of her children. Receipt of debt and its payment, 1853
Mulla Muhammad Riza, Haji ‘Abd Allah, and Aqa Baba Khan, sons of the deceased Aqa Muhammad Baqir, son of Haji Kalb ‘Ali from Khuzan, have settled the twelve tumans of the inheritance; dated August 5, 1853. On verso: the brothers have paid part of their share as khums [one-fifth tithe], setting aside a fraction their sister; dated October 4, 1853.

Settlement, 1884
Haji Muhammad Baqir, son of the late Haji Kalb‘ali from Khuzan, settled a piece of land and a garden with Muhammad Karim Khan Vakil al-Raʻaya, Haji Muhammad ʻAli, son of Haji Muhammad Tahir, and Muhammad Ibrahim after giving the share of Muhammad Ibrahim's wife, according to their marriage contract. Based on the current settlement, the above property is being transferred to Haji Muhammad Baqir's sons, Muhammad Ibrahim and ʻAli Akbar in exchange for one hundred and eighty tumans.

Settlement of inherited properties, 1868 and 1885
The mother of Aqa Lutf‘ali, daughter of Haji Muhammad Andani, was his inheritor and when she died, her sister Jan Jan Khanum, daughter of Haji Muhammad and wife of Karbalayi Abu Talib, became the inheritor. On March 18, 1868, Jan Jan Khanum settled her inherited properties with children of the late Fath‘ali, with two-thirds going to Aqa Muhammad ‘Ali and one-third going to Baygum Jan Khanum, in exchange for four hundred and twenty tumans; one hundred dinars was set for the detriment clause.
